1.Who We Are
Digital Business Partners LLC ("DBP") is a digital advisory firm based in Florida, USA. We operate the DBP Digital Audit store at [STORE DOMAIN — e.g. store.dbpgrowth.com]. Questions about this policy: care@dbpgrowth.com.
2.Information We Collect
Information you provide: when you purchase an Audit or contact us, we collect your name, business email, phone number, company name, and the information you submit in the post-purchase intake form (such as your website URL, target markets, and competitors to benchmark).
Account access you grant (with your permission): to perform an Audit, you may grant limited, read-only or temporary access to digital properties such as your Meta Ads account, Google Business Profile, web analytics, and website. We use this access solely to produce your deliverable and do not make changes to your properties.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and/or PayPal) via Zoho Commerce. We receive confirmation and order details but do not store your card or banking credentials.
Usage data: standard, largely anonymized web analytics (page views, browser type, referral source). No personally identifiable advertising/tracking cookies are set without your consent.
3.How We Use Your Information
- To deliver, support, and improve the Audit you purchased
- To contact you regarding your order, intake, and deliverable
- To process your payment and issue receipts/invoices
- To send service-related communications
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Access tokens/credentials to your properties are revoked promptly after the Audit is completed. You may request earlier deletion in writing, subject to legal retention.
8.Cookies
The store uses only the cookies necessary for checkout and basic analytics. It does not set third-party advertising cookies. Where required, a consent mechanism is provided.
