1.Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases of one-time digital Audits from the DBP Digital Audit store, operated by Digital Business Partners LLC ("DBP," "we," or "us"). By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Read together with our Terms of Service; in the event of a conflict regarding refunds, this Policy governs.
2.One-Time Purchase
Audits are purchased once, in full, at checkout. There is no subscription, recurring charge, or automatic renewal. You will receive an email receipt for each purchase. Questions about a charge: care@dbpgrowth.com within thirty (30) days of the charge date.
3.Cancellation Before Work Commences — Full Refund
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before DBP has commenced work on your Audit. "Commenced work" means we have begun analysis after you submitted the intake form and/or provided the required access. To cancel, email care@dbpgrowth.com with your order number before submitting the intake form.
4.After Work Commences — Non-Refundable
Because each Audit is a bespoke, senior-level engagement supported by DBP's proprietary technology, once work has commenced the fee is non-refundable. DBP allocates analyst capacity and tooling to your specific business at that point. This does not affect the discretionary exceptions in Section 6.
5.Bundle (Complete Digital Intelligence Package)
If you purchased the Complete Bundle and cancel after work has commenced on one or more component audits, any refund is calculated as: the bundle price paid, minus the standalone list price of each component Audit on which work has commenced or which has been delivered, and is not less than zero. Once work has commenced on all three components, the bundle is non-refundable.

6.Discretionary Exceptions
DBP may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, including: documented failure by DBP to deliver the purchased Audit due to causes within DBP's control; duplicate charges resulting from a billing-system error; or other circumstances DBP deems appropriate case-by-case. To request an exception, email care@dbpgrowth.com with a written explanation and supporting documentation. DBP will respond within five (5) business days.
7.Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback for a charge not disputed in good faith under this Policy, DBP reserves the right to suspend the engagement immediately and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred. 9.Changes to This Policy
DBP may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
